software used

The software that we used was imovie and garageband was very useful and easy to use, however to start with we didn't’ know how to capture the video footage onto imovie so that we could edit our opening sequence. It was hard to pick which instruments to use for our soundtrack. If you wanted to put in sound effects they would be an error occurred saying that you couldn't use this sound effect at times. Although garageband was very useful to compose your own music and you could share it in itunes to put it our movie.

We had to change when we filmed as not everyone was available on the dates we planed. Also we had to get costumes and props to help keep the convention of a film noir. When we did manage to film we ended up redoing it because there wasn't enough lighting so you couldnt see the scene. Also when our teacher saw it she thought that it was only of a basic quality. So we decided to reshoot the whole thing. We kept the toilet scene in but cut it down so that it didn't last as long. We also kept in the shot of me looking around so that the audience can see the location.We had a cctv clip of me walking with the leader watching so that the audience can see that something is going to happen. Also as we didn't have very long to shoot it some parts may have looked rushed.
